Booking Conditions and Tour Payment
How to Book a Tour:
1.Submit a request on our website or message us on WhatsApp.
2.We will contact you to finalize the contract.
3.Pay a deposit of 20% through the Freedom Pay payment service or make a bank transfer to our account or bank card. The deposit can be made via cashless payment in rubles, dollars, euros, or tenge.
4.The remaining 80% should be paid in cash in Kyrgyz soms or US dollars at the current exchange rate to our guide on the first day of the trip.
To ensure transparency and honesty in our relationships with our clients, we establish the following conditions for tour cancellation and refund:
Cancellation by the Client:
  • If the booking is canceled more than 30 days before the start of the tour, the full amount of the paid deposit will be refunded minus bank fees.
  • If canceled 29 to 15 days before the start of the tour, 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
  • If canceled less than 14 days before the start of the tour, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation by the Organizer:
  • In case of tour cancellation initiated by the organizer for any reason, except for force majeure circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of the paid funds.
  • If the tour is canceled due to force majeure circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics), the organizer offers to reschedule the tour or refund the money minus the actual incurred organizational expenses.
Refund Procedure:
  • All refunds are processed within 30 business days from the confirmation of the tour cancellation.
  • To process a refund, the client must provide a written request stating the reason for cancellation and the details for the refund.
